After looking at paperwork filing earlier in January, one more question begs answering: “what exactly is archiving and how is it different from filing?” In fact, there are many parallels and the line between filing and archiving is hard to define as it depends on what kind of materials are being organised.

In this particular instance, let’s look at paper archiving only.
