A little bit about me
I hold a BA in Office Management and have ample experience with decluttering and organising work areas and living spaces. That doesn't just cover having the practical knowledge to do so, but also a clear insight into how to deal with people in all kinds of circumstances.
I have a talent to see hidden structures behind the unorganised and chaotic, bring it to light and make use of it. I’m efficient and unprejudiced in my approach, and can be as low-key or hands-on as you want me to be. I believe that everyone and everything in life deserves to be handled with kindness, care and confidentiality, and I strive to bring this ethos into my work. My offer to you I will encourage you to face your limits and maybe help you cross some lines that you were never able to cross on your own, letting go of things and ideas you thought were written in stone. I do not impose anything on my customers, as I hold the strong belief that a solution has to fit the customer’s needs within the restrictions that the space imposes upon us. However, I also know that a firm hand is needed to get over mental blocks related to the idea of ‘letting go’. Being mindful is not just a buzzword to me. I strive to allow my clients to stay in the moment and to make decisions about their belongings, all the while keeping an eye out for them and making sure they move in the right direction, are not side-tracked, don't overstretch themselves, and get things done safely. I can promise you one thing, though: I will bring a fresh perspective to whatever reorganisation project you wish to embark on, be it small or large, and come up with solutions you may not have thought of on your own. |
My commitment to you
I recognise that my success depends on looking after your best interests and treating you fairly and with respect at all times. Therefore, I commit to these notions. What can I do for you? I will look at the state of affairs first, then help you make the right decisions and assist with getting to a point where your home feels like a home again, where things have found a proper and permanent place. I can help you with clearing the space or situation you wish to declutter, the scope of the operation is entirely up to you, of course. Most importantly, I’d be supporting you with making the tough choices about keeping and letting go. I do understand that you may have trouble letting go of things. As a matter of fact this is one of the main reasons to call upon a decluttering professional. I’ll be there to talk you through that process and you won’t have to do it alone. I’m not afraid of digging in and giving you as much hands-on help as you need. I will consider any information I come across during the process, or insight into your personal affairs, strictly confidential. A clear mind in a clear space I will help organise what remains in the space in a manner that makes sense to you, while at the same time being useful and practical. I will propose avenues to make sure that the things you have let go find a new purpose, but it is ultimately your choice what happens to your belongings. |
