The idea for NOW came about in 2014 whilst celebrating 10 years since APDO (the Association of Professional Declutterers and Organisers) was founded – members wanted to raise awareness about the benefits of being organised. When clutter is clogging up your home it creates a mental muddle too. Clear it out and you’ll not only have more physical space but you’ll lift an emotional load off your mind at the same time – plus you’ll save yourself all that time you currently spend looking for things you can’t find!
I realise that my specific approach may not be quite your cup of tea, but do not worry: there are many other Professional Organisers and Declutterers in the UK, with specialisms that may be more helpful for you. You can find all my colleagues in this listing.
My offering for the week of 1-7 November
I'll be holding an open Zoom call for an hour each day from Mon, 1 Nov to Sat, 6 Nov. Each day will initially have a different focus (see below), but will not be limited to this subject, of course.
I hope to provide an opportunity to simply ask questions, get some advice, and maybe even share your experiences regarding clutter and organisation with others on the call. There is no obligation to do anything, though: you may just want to listen. Either way, bring a cup of tea/coffee and join in!
